This is a particularly tough period for anyone with anxiety. Hearing a daily litany of horror stories about health, politics, world chaos is never good, no matter your anxiety level. Changing your thoughts is the only way to get past it. We typically end our day with watching a meaningless comedy show, ending our day with a laugh.
