Apple Cinnamon Bread

I can’t believe that May long has just passed! The year is flying by so quickly. Soon the kids will be out of school and the summer holidays will be in full swing. I can’t wait for some fun days at the parks and at the lake. I like to take simple quick breads to the cabin (and also at home) to keep in the freezer for “just in case” days and for those hot days when you just don’t feel like baking but you’re craving something yummy.

I got this recipe from The Happier Homemaker http://thehappierhomemaker.com I’ve used it many times and it’s a favorite among my family as well as many friends! Since it’s also fairly quick and easy, I’ve also used this many times for last minute hostess gifts. Last minute babysitters also enjoy it as a little extra gift for watching the kids šŸ™‚
