WOW!!

I reached 50 followers! Over 50 actually haha! I know that may seem like a small thing for some but I’m really surprised and grateful! I want to say thank you to all of you who take the time to read what I post, it really means a lot to me that you’re here while I get lost in all this blog stuff. Still not really knowing much about it, but getting more comfortable as I go. I guess we all have to start somewhere.

I originally started this in hopes to have a release from all the thoughts and jumble in my head that therapy has been bringing out. Turns out that what I really needed was a place to go and read about others journeys and lives to know that I am not alone in this thing called life.

I have my kids, my husband and a couple of others that I would consider a part of my life. I had a big, happy family until 9 years ago when my mom and grandma passed. It still hurts like hell. What hurts more is the fact that the rest of the family has drifted since then. Maybe this happens to a lot of families. I know that as the years go on, I seem to realize just how imperfect my family is haha. And just how much I love and miss them despite that fact.

Oops, got off track again!

Again, I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart that you are willing to give me (a slightly off her rocker 39 year old mom of 3 living in a village of maybe 200 people) a follow and the occasional like 😀 It mad my day to see that I had reached 50 followers.
