Be kind to yourself…
“Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you.”
Anne Lamott

Quotes are great, aren’t they, but I often wonder who these people are and why their words should matter to us. This quote for example is a great one, but who is Anne Lamott?
According to Wikipedia, Anne Lamott (born April 10, 1954) is an American novelist and non-fiction writer.
She is also a progressive political activist, public speaker, and writing teacher. Lamott is based in Marin County, California. Her nonfiction works are largely autobiographical.[1] Lamott’s writings, marked by their self-deprecating humor and openness, cover such subjects as alcoholism, single-motherhood, depression, and Christianity.[2]
A great quote is a great quote. It probably doesn’t make any difference to most where it came from. I can’t guarantee that I’ll remember anything I learned about Anne, but I certainly won’t forget the quote 🙂
Have a great day!

That is a good quote Angie. Sometimes we get lost in the media we consume. We just need time to be in the moment. Stay well. Allan
